Industry context
Singapore financial services runs from Tier-1 retail banks through a long tail of MAS-licensed digital fintechs to a steady flow of new insurtech entrants. All of them face the same gap: regulator-grade data discipline with fintech-grade time-to-market.
What we usually deliver
The foundation is a MAS TRM-aligned landing zone on Azure (or hybrid, with the on-prem core banking stack). On top of it we lay a real-time customer data platform with PDPA-aware identity resolution, a KYC engine that auto-clears the straight-through cases and hands judgement calls back to human reviewers, and risk-scoring models you can actually explain to an auditor.
Constraints we design around
- All personal data stays in Singapore.
- Every customer-data read is logged and attributable to a named user or a named service principal — no shared accounts.
- Models that affect customer outcomes are explainable; we don’t ship black-box risk scores to a regulated client.
- Vendor lock-in is minimized — pick an open table format (Delta/Iceberg) for the data lake, an open model format (ONNX) for scoring artifacts.
Audit-grade delivery, grant-ready by design
Every FS engagement is delivered to MAS TRM audit-grade documentation standards — architecture decision records, data-flow inventory, control mappings, change logs, regulator-ready readouts. That’s the baseline, whether or not you’re chasing a grant.
If you choose to apply for PSG (general IT productivity), the FSTI Innovation Grant (FS-specific, larger ticket) or EDG (project basis), the same artefacts work as evidence in the application. We share the documentation. The application stays yours to own.
