If you choose to apply for PSG or EDG, those artefacts go straight into the application as evidence. If you don’t apply, they still form a verifiable project record on their own.

What's the practical difference between PSG and EDG for our project?

PSG covers pre-approved off-the-shelf solutions — smaller envelope, faster turnaround, typically an annual cap. EDG covers custom transformation projects — bigger envelope, requires a formal project plan. Eligibility, co-funding ratios and caps are set by IMDA and Enterprise Singapore. In discovery we'll flag which route your current scope fits. Whether to apply is up to you.

Do you support both Microsoft 365 and WPS Office?

Yes. Many of our SME clients run a mixed environment — Microsoft 365 for office productivity and WPS Office / Lark / DingTalk for clients who prefer them or have China-side operations where they're the standard. We deploy and manage both.

Can you take over support from our existing IT vendor?

Routine. The first 2–4 weeks of a takeover engagement are a structured handover: audit the asset inventory, review the patch backlog, document the network and identity setup, then cut over to our 24×7 helpdesk.
