What we actually re-sell
The catalog is intentionally pragmatic — we focus on what Singapore SMEs and Chinese-outbound enterprises actually buy, not the long tail of distributor SKUs. If you need something we don’t stock, we’ll quote it through a partner channel and tell you so.

How TWO TWO is different from a generic IT supplier
You’re not buying the cheapest box — you’re buying the relationship that surrounds it. Three things you get with us that you don’t get clicking “buy” on a distributor portal:
Local SGD invoicing and single counterparty
Every line — server, switch, laptop, M365 seat, Adobe subscription — flows through one TWO TWO PTE LTD invoice in SGD, posted to one PO. Your finance team reconciles one vendor relationship instead of twelve.
Renewal calendar we actually own
90 / 60 / 30-day reminders, true-up forecasts, retirement recommendations. Half our new clients arrived after a renewal surprise — a Microsoft VL true-up they didn’t see coming, an Adobe seat-license audit they couldn’t pass, an Autodesk subscription that auto-renewed into seats they’d already laid off.
Warranty + refresh coordination
When a laptop dies in Jakarta on a Friday, you call us. We ship a loaner, log the warranty claim with Lenovo / Dell on your behalf, and update the asset record. You don’t open a ticket with the OEM’s SG office and wait for the Indonesia reseller to call them back.
If you plan to apply for PSG
The delivery artefacts your project generates — scope, line-item POs, milestone sign-offs, invoices — are already filed to audit-grade standards. If you choose to apply for PSG (Productivity Solutions Grant), those artefacts go straight into the application as evidence. If you don’t apply, they still form a verifiable procurement-and-implementation record on their own.
Productivity software (CRM, accounting, inventory, HR, cybersecurity) is a pre-approved PSG category. During scoping we’ll flag which line items may fall into a PSG category and which won’t. Hardware itself is generally not PSG-qualifying, but when bundled with a qualifying software rollout (e.g. M365 + new laptops on the same SME modernization engagement), the qualifying portion is documented cleanly and can carry the audit.
Typical engagement shapes
| Engagement | Scope |
|---|---|
| Laptop refresh (50 seats) | Lenovo ThinkPad × 50 + imaging + MDM enrollment + asset tagging + white-glove delivery |
| Office network refresh | Meraki MX / MS / MR + 12-month dashboard licenses + install |
| M365 VL rollout (100 seats) | M365 E3 × 100, data migration from Outlook.com / Google Workspace, MDM, 4 weeks of post-cutover support |
| Datacenter procurement | 4 racks Lenovo / Dell servers + Cisco Catalyst + Pure Storage, all in Equinix SG3 with A+B power |
