Outbound-enterprise posture
HQ on U9 / NC + overseas on YonSuite — one master data set, two systems in sync.
HQ continues to run U9 Cloud or NC Cloud; overseas subsidiaries run YonSuite — the two align via Yonyou's standard interfaces or customer master-data sync (customers, suppliers, products, org structures). HQ doesn't change systems; overseas gets PDPA-compliant deployment, multi-currency, multi-entity consolidation, and local invoicing.
If HQ has already upgraded to BIP, the overseas subsidiary can connect directly into the same BIP tenant — booking to overseas legal entities and rolling up to the group. One dashboard shows the group operator both HQ and overseas subsidiary consolidated metrics.

How do we choose between YonSuite and YonBIP?+

Yes — this is one of the most common scenarios we handle. HQ keeps running U9 or NC Cloud; the overseas subsidiary runs YonSuite; the two align via Yonyou's standard interfaces or customer master-data sync (customers / suppliers / products / org structures). HQ doesn't change systems, and the overseas subsidiary gets PDPA-compliant deployment plus multi-currency, multi-entity consolidation.
How long is a typical Yonyou implementation?+
Typical range is 4-12 weeks: week 1 discovery (business process mapping, master-data inventory, gap analysis); week 2 blueprint (module scope + target architecture); weeks 3-8 configuration and custom development; weeks 6-9 data migration and integration; week 10 UAT and training; weeks 11-12 go-live and hypercare. Then Day-2 managed operations — ongoing admin, monthly close support, fiscal year-end support.
What can YonGPT + DeepSeek integration do?+
YonBIP has natively integrated DeepSeek-V3 and R1 (Yonyou announcement, April 2026). On client engagements this shows up as: natural-language accounting queries, sales reports on demand, supply-chain anomaly alerts, suggested approvers on workflows, and bilingual customer-service knowledge-base Q&A. We wire these AI capabilities into your existing role tools — not into yet another standalone entry point.
Beyond resale, do you do custom development?+
Yes. Yonyou iuap is a full application development and integration platform (PaaS) — it supports industry plugins, form and workflow extensions, custom reports, and third-party system integration on top of standard products. TWO TWO's engineering team develops and delivers directly on iuap; where needed we complement it with a business application layer in Node.js / Python / .NET.
What does Day-2 managed operations cover?+
Month-end support — on-site coverage or remote support during monthly close; year-end close support — intensive coverage through fiscal year-end; day-to-day administration — user provisioning / permissions / master-data / print-template tuning; 24×7 bilingual helpdesk (ticket / email / phone / WhatsApp / WeChat); quarterly service reviews — usage, optimizations, next-phase recommendations.
Do you support PSG / EDG applications?+
If you choose to apply for PSG or EDG, the delivery artefacts your project generates — scope statements, line-item POs, milestone sign-offs, UAT records — are already filed to audit-grade standards during implementation. You can use them as evidence for any grant application you decide to pursue. Eligibility and co-funding caps are set by IMDA and Enterprise Singapore, not by us.
